what our guests are saying

"Comfortable warm atmosphere, beautiful, updated decor, peaceful surroundings. We loved our stay and the fresh baked goods!
David F, Boston, MA
"Charming, generous guest house and hosts! Hospital grade clean, spa like bathrooms, enormous bedrooms, luxury linens and towels, daily homemade baked goods, continental breakfast, cozy country common area with ALL the extra snacks, drinks, bathroom and kitchen amenities. Perfect layout for our family; our adult daughter had her own space upstairs to retreat to but we were still cozy together in a private space with all the comforts of home. It's the personal experience of a
European country B&B.
Can't wait to go back!"
Dawn D, Cambridge, MA
"Simply put, our stay exceeded expectations. The space, the setting, and the hosts were the best. It's great when
you lack for nothing.
We'll be back."
Chris T, Arlington, VA
"This is a lovely property in a gorgeous setting. Everything about it was perfect. Douglas was easy to communicate with from the moment I first inquired about the listing up until our departure. The converted barn is delightfully furnished. Michael and Douglas thought of everything to make it a comfortable space. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want, including cold drinks, breakfast items, coffee, tea, and snacks. And delicious fresh baked goods were provided each day! We have stayed in numerous rental properties around the world, and this is by far the number one property we have ever stayed at.
I highly recommend it!"
Kathleen B, Westminster, CA
"I can easily say this was the most impeccably clean home I've ever stayed. The first night was the best sleep I've had in 6+ months. We were humbled by not only the beauty of Netherwood and the surrounding views, but our hosts' above and beyond demeanor.
A little goes a long way, and we were given a memorable experience
we won't soon forget."
Peter R, New York, NY
